On September 17, the Mustangs will kick-off their Preseason Training Program for rugby players in age-grades U10 through U18.
The program is offered to all players interested in improving speed, strength and conditioning, as well as rugby skills, prior to Mustangs regular season training. The program is designed to give players the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.
This year the 8-week program will feature Monday sessions dedicated to Speed Training with Carlin Isles, USA Eagles 7s Player and rugby's fastest man and Wednesday sessions focused on Strength and Conditioning with SD Legion Players.
The training will take place at Solana Highlands School Park. Players from U10-U14 are scheduled from 4:00 to 5:00 pm and U16-U18 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Attendees may choose to attend one the Monday or Wednesday sessions or both. Registration is required. Please click here to register for the program.
